In our new shop we also have Classes available in Beading, Hand Embroidery & Smocking plus we will be offering classes in Cloth dolls and other products. We specialise in hand smocked and embroidered Christening Gowns and dressmaking for Children. Our new shop also offers Dressmaking for Adults as well as Clothing repairs and alterations.
IN ADDITION TO OUR NORMAL STOCK WE NOW OFFER A HUGE RANGE OF BEADS AND ASSOCIATED PRODUCTS, INCLUDING GEMSTONES, STERLING SILVER, BALI BEADS , ART CLAY SILVER etc. We have just recently opened an online eBay Store selling some of our beading and Jewellery items - we plan on expanding this site to include most of our 1000's of specialty beads and accessories - http://stores.ebay.com.au/beadsbuttonsfabricandthreads
2008 Sydney Royal Easter Show: We entered 13 items into the 2008 show and were rewarded with 9 Ribbons! Plus Lesley Turner also won the Lyla Bisley Special Award for being the most successful exhibitor in Arts Classess 40 - 107. See photos of these items in our Gallery Category.
2009 Sydney Royal Easter Show: Lesley Turner entered 5 items in 2009 show and was rewarded with 3 Ribbons.
Our retail outlet offers a wide range of Hand-made gifts of all types including cloth, polymer and porcelain dolls, exquisite embroidery items, unique jewellery, made-to-order + some ready-to-wear Christening Gowns, Boys Christening outfits, Flower Girl gowns, Communion frocks, a special selection of children's ready-to-wear clothing, decorated gift bags and boxes, plus some embroidery kits. We also offer craft classes in most of our product areas, check out the details in our classes category. We also provide a dressmaking service specially for children - using your patterns/fabrics or ours - our seamstress has more than 40 years experience in creating beautiful items of clothing for adults and children alike.

We do not sell mass-produced items, so many products in our range are made only directly to-order. We maintain a small stock of fast turnaround 'ready to mail' items; but because all of our items are hand-made 'originals' we also give our customers the opportunity of tailoring many of these to suit their own colour schemes. You will find items that fall into this particular category have time-frames built into the ordering process to allow for this personalised service.
We also offer a Ready Made Stock range - this is a range of stock that we make and sell at our shop (and at our workshop premises). This Category provides a wide selection of various products that can either be purchased from our shop or workshop and includes some items that can be directly ordered via this site.
Please also note that any item in our range can be personally made-to-order by negotiation. If you see something that you would like made in a specific colour or material outside of our standard range - please contact us by email and we will negotiate directly with you on your requirements.
At this time we are catering only directly on-line to the Australian, New Zealand, USA & UK market. We are able to process orders from other countries but need to do so by special arrangement. We are also now able to accept Credit Card payments via our secure Credit Card/Debit Card facility.
