This gown is made in Swiss Voile with a matching coloured underskirt.  The bodice is fully hand smocked and is finished with hand embroidered roses along the edge of the smocking, around the neck band and on the shoes. The neckband, sleeves and dress hem are finished with French cotton lace.  The gown is available in white (as shown) or ivory.

As Swiss Voile is an extremely expensive fabric, this item is also available in a more economical version using chiffon as the base fabric - the garment is completed in exactly the same manner as the Voile garment, however the final cost is much less  due to the much lower cost of the fabric.
